In April, Zebex and Motorola entered into a new Intellectual Property license and an expanded OEM supply agreement. These agreements permit Zebex and our partners to export certain Zebex products to the North American and European Union markets in addition to our existing markets in the rest of the world. This development means that our partners and customers will now be able to distribute, sell and use many of our products worldwide, which we know will increase their value to you. This capability is the result of hard work by Zebex and Motorola to ensure that our products that incorporate unique Motorola/Symbol technology and patents are fully licensed and are being sold legally in these key geographic markets. The means that our partners and customers can depend on these products being fully licensed. Be aware that some other suppliers in the marketplace ignore these important issues, so if you are evaluating other products, be sure to inquire if they are fully licensed like those from Zebex.
