Established in 1993, with its headquarters in Taipei Taiwan, GoDEX International is an engineering company that specializes in designing and manufacturing barcode printing products that lead the industry in the value price, high performance category. GoDEX has offices in the US, Europe and China and its products are distributed world-wide. 

GoDEX has created its success and earned a loyal following of thousands of customers by providing very affordable products that are extremely well engineered and supported by a company and reseller Partner network that is 100% dedicated to long-term customer satisfaction.

To blend true customer focus, with engineering inspiration, and the practice of disciplined continuous improvement to create the industry’s most affordable, value-packed barcode printers that are supported by customer service that is as caring as it is fast.
Distribution Channel 

GoDEX branded products are distributed world-wide by a network of certified GoDEX Value Add Resellers (VARS). These VARS are qualified and capable of installing, operating, and supporting GoDEX brand printers in end user barcoding and labeling applications.

OEM/ODM Business 

If you require an OEM or Custom printer product, GoDEX is an excellent choice for you.

In fact, when GoDEX first started making barcode printers 20 years ago, almost 100% of our business was in creating OEM and ODM printers for name brand printer companies worldwide. Still today, many years later, OEM and Custom printer manufacturing is a very big part of GoDEX’s business and made GoDEX a world leader in this field. After working with scores of very large, sophisticated and discriminating OEM / ODM customers, GoDEX has developed a company infrastructure and a culture that produces optimal product development performance for the customer. And being located in Taipei Taiwan insures that the highest technology and the lowest costs are included in every OEM and custom printer product Godex manufacturers.
In sum, GoDEX can literally build you any thermal printer you can imagine.
Most of the custom printer variations fit into one of the following descriptions:
OEM –
In this arrangement, GoDEX manufactures products typically for another manufacturer and under that manufacturers brand name. These products can be complete printers or printer components. Typically there is considerable customization designed by the customer and specified to GoDEX such as: custom PCBA, custom firmware, and customer product enclosures and color.
ODM –
As an Original Design Manufacture, GoDEX supplies the customer with a custom product that has been designed by GoDEX to meet customer’s specifications.
Customized Printers –
In some circumstances the customer only requires that GoDEX place the customers brand one of GoDEX’s standard products. The private branding include customer brand on all product elements including: the printer, documentation, and software.
Generic Branding –
Perhaps you require a barcode printer product from GoDEX that has no brand on it at all, so that you can brand and personalize this product yourself, in your facility. GoDEX has a solution for this requirement too, we call it the “BP” printer line. You can order any of our standard printers in the BP configuration and they will come to you in a plain box, with generic documentation and no brand on the printer.

It reflects GoDEX's commitment in achieving the highest standards in quality management control and environmental management systems.

2014  MX20, MX30i, T20, ZX1200i series has received the the 2014 Taiwan Excellence Award.
2013 RT200i and RT700i series Desktop Barcode printer received the 2013 Taiwan Excellence Award. 
  GoDEX has obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS) certificate under AFNOR Groupe audit
2012 On March 21st. 2012, GoDEX was listed on OTC in Taiwan GTSM stock market. (Trading Code: TW. 4987)
2011 GoDEX introduced a new powerful function T10 rewinder. 
2010  GoDEX started its IPO process.
2009 GoDEX received the 12th Rising Star Award of 2009.
2008 GoDEX Europe was established.
2007 GoDEX new product Plus series introduced to market in June.
2006 GoDEX opened new branch office in China.
2005 GoDEX started a business relationship with OEM customer in Germany and also new Branding Partners in South America and Swissland etc.
2004 GoDEX won two new contracts to manufacture OEM product for two renowned Japanese printer manufactures.GoDEX started sub-assembly of printers in China for China market.
2003 GoDEX announced the launch of the EZ-1000 series barcode printers.
2002 GoDEX introduced the EZ-2000 Series, a new generation of industrial printer.
2001 GoDEX achieved ISO 9001-2000 certification.
2000 GoDEX launched first industrial printer model EZ-4000 Series.
1999 Established GoDEX China office
1998 300 dpi printers were added to the product range.
1997 GoDEX products were chosen to be implemented in a automated ticket booth system by Walt Disney ( USA ).
1996 GoDEX products represented under the C.ITOH brand name in USA, Europe and Japan.
1995 EZ-2 Series printers introduced.
1993 Formation of GoDEX Taiwan by Dick Tai and Daniel Chang.
